I'm an Operations Consultant with extensive experience supporting luxury retail and fashion-focused businesses. My background combines operations, design, and hands-on experience within luxury brands. Having studied at UAL London College of Fashion and worked across multiple luxury businesses over the past nine years, I bring a practical understanding of both the operational and creative challenges businesses face.

I speak English, Italian, and Turkish, and have extensive experience working within multicultural and international environments. Throughout my career, I've worked closely with diverse teams, clients, developing strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different areas of a business.

My work covers onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, reporting, training, events management, office operations, and business process improvement. I enjoy bringing clarity to situations that feel complicated, creating practical systems and workflows that make day-to-day operations smoother, more efficient, and easier to manage.

Alongside operational support, I also offer creative services including marketing material design, photography, image editing, and event support. This combination allows me to support clients across a wide range of business needs while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.
